Hadn't posted this one yet, but in preparation for my upcoming trip I went on a training ride with my girlfriend. She has been struggling with her cardio and endurance, which are two things she is going to desperately need out west. So we took to the loop trail this day and SMOKED it. Granted, the time still isn't super impressive, but the average speed was outstanding thanks to us only taking a 5 minute rest overall...and that was ME, not HER. She did the whole loop without stopping; the 5 minutes was the total time I spent waiting for her on some sections to catch up. Very good!
